Located on the outskirts of Afandou, Rhodes Island and nestled within a peaceful countryside setting, these six luxury and modern, tastefully furnished properties enjoy scenic mountain views to the front and fabulous sea views from the back, whilst reaching the delightful village resort of Afandou within a 15 minute walk.
THE KOLYMPUS VIEW VILLA COMPLEX
The six villas are semi-detached and form part of the same complex. All villas are complete with air conditioning, double glazing, window shutters and screens, parking area for two cars to front, cleaning service and pool/garden maintenance. Please note for the benefit of all, smoking is not permitted inside the villas. The six semi detached villas were built in 2007 and completed in May 2008. We were committed to ensuring that the build
provided the highest possible standard of accommodation available for our guests and employed the services of a local architect to guarantee that we could offer this to our clients. Our aim was to be confident that the completed buildings were not only unique by design but would blend in aesthetically with the surrounding area. Again a local building company, Olympus Construction of Afandou headed by Mr George Kritikos was appointed to carry out all construction work.
The Town Centre has an array of lively and not so lively bars, cafes and restaurants where the friendly locals will attend to your every need with a fantastic range of menus and drinks.

Why not treat yourself to a round or two of golf on the only golf course on Rhodes Island. You can contact the golf course club house and arrange a tee-off time, hire clubs, trolley and accessories.

Car and motorbike rental is available at competitive rates from two places in the Town Centre. Insurance is usually included in the hire rate so double check when booking your vehicle.
Bus services operate daily between Afandou and Rhodes Town/Lindos. Bus timetables are displayed in each bus stop. 
Taxis are also available from the Town Centre.
There are two pharmacies in the Town Centre of Afandou. They are open daily until late. All the relevant contact numbers are provided in the welcome pack.
Food deliveries are available from selected local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Enquiries should be made direct to the outlet during your stay.
Bed sheets, towels and linen will be changed regularly during your stay. However, should you need more frequent changes, please speak to our maid. A laundry, ironing and dry cleaning service is also available from SAVVAS located in the town centre.
