BOOKING TERMS
Generally
The client that submit’s the booking is to act as the agent for all others in the party and that person shall be jointly and severally bound and liable.
Deposit
Upon submitting the booking the client shall pay a non-refundable 25% deposit of the amount due.
Payment
Upon receipt of deposit, the owner of the villa shall supply the client with a confirmation/invoice which will advise the date that the balance is due (8 weeks prior to departure). Further reminders will be not sent.
In the event of the client making a booking under 8 weeks prior to departure the full amount should be paid at time of booking.
Cancellation
If the client cancels the booking, the following charges are due:-
8 weeks or more prior to departure - deposit only
3-8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of rate
0-3 weeks prior to departure - 75% of rate
The date of cancellation shall be the date that the owner of the villa receives written notification.
The owner of the villa shall be entitled to cancel the booking by written notice if the client is more that 5 days late of payment of balance due date.
Indemnity
The owner may ask for a refundable payment of £200 to act as a guarantee for damages etc. The amount will be refunded if no damages are made.
Complaints
No complaints have been made up to this day however, if you have a problem you can reach the owner on 0030 6936848549 for an immediate response. It is our firm policy that the best advertisement is a satisfied client.
Insurance
It is stated that by accepting your booking that all persons staying in our accommodation have adequate holiday and medical insurance cover.
Service
The villa is given to the client clean and tidy with two full sets of sheets and towels per week. If the client requires a cleaning lady, there is an extra charge of 50 euros (for 5 working hours).
